This policy outlines the legal foundation of our work with artists, producers, songwriters, musicians, and all contributing parties. Each party has agreed to legal agreements, licensing contracts, and/or verbal agreements for the integration of their individual authentic content for ALL collaborated projects -- such as word of mouth, confirming their approval of inclusion in every project whether being from the past or in the present, regardless of an updated or altered decision after the project have already been completed, published, released, collaborated on, used, or cleared. All rights are properly secured and documented on this page. While reading this section and utilizing our music, games, or any other of our companys' content (KEWL WIND, LLC) you fully agree and accept to all of these terms above.

• All music is legally cleared, licensed, and contractually approved.

• You will not copy, reuse, distribute, or alter content without written permission.

• Listening or accessing music in games or apps also constitutes agreement with these terms.
